These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made from CS Boussaini. By placing an order, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them.

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. In the rare case of stock issues, CS Boussaini reserves the right to cancel or refund an order.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes. International duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the client.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and trusted payment providers. All transactions are encrypted and secure for your peace of mind.

Shipping

Orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance or external circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging. Personalized or final sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges may be offered where stock permits.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
